During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor. Dental Insurance:
We are in network with Delta Dental, However, we work with all insurance companies! If you do not have Delta Dental we will still submit the claim to the insurance company you have and they will pay their agreed upon price. As the patient, you will be responsible to pay the remaining balance. Payment is expected the day of service.
We do not accept or submit to MaineCare at this time.
What To Expect
Your first dental appointment in a while can be intimidating. Both Dr. Jacob and Spencer Valley are very easy going, will listen to your concerns, and will develop an individualized plan that works for you.
